Scholarship Application

Use this form to apply for a scholarship from the WiseCares fund.

  • School Year Camps are pre-k-5th grade and summer camps extend through 8th grade.
  • Click the camps that you would like to be considered for. Depending on the number of requests we can fill multiple scholarships at 25%, 50%, 75% or 90% levels.
  • Please mark where your family currently receives support.
  • We will send an email to the address given on the front page of this document when a decision has been made. Our scholarship committee meets on the first Saturday of every month. If you do not receive such an email within 1 month of submitting this form, please contact us with a follow up email.
